Return to Sender Policy

If a package is returned to our facility due to failed adult signature collection, incorrect address, or refused delivery, a $14 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and adult signature fees are non-refundable. To avoid this, ship to a business address where someone 21+ is available to sign during delivery hours.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on the shipping speed you choose and your delivery location. All carriers provide real-time tracking.
Under the federal PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act), all vaporizer shipments require an adult signature from someone 21 years or older with valid photo ID. This applies to every order.
Yes. International orders ship via UPS with an estimated delivery of 6-10 business days. The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
USPS PO Boxes are accepted. UPS PO Boxes are not — please provide an alternative street address for UPS shipments.
The carrier will attempt delivery multiple times. If a signature cannot be collected, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A $14 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Wholesale orders only for those states. Retail orders are blocked. Contact wholesale@hamiltondevices.com to place a wholesale order. Hawaii sales are fully restricted as of January 1, 2024.
Every product has a box quantity and case quantity. Ordering in full boxes or full cases unlocks lower per-unit pricing. Contact our wholesale team for exact volume pricing.
