What is the minimum order for custom branding?
Minimum quantities vary by product, finish and customization method. Tell us which hardware you are considering and your planned volume so the team can confirm the requirements.
Can I see a sample before production?
The custom branding process includes a factory sample review before production approval. Sample costs, timing and the exact review process are confirmed with your project quote.
What artwork do you need?
Start with your logo or artwork, your color references and the device you want to brand. Our team provides the model-specific die-line and confirms the required artwork files.
How long does a custom project take?
Timing depends on the hardware, decoration, sample revisions, quantity and shipping plan. Confirm the schedule with our team before committing to a launch date.
What is ODM, and how is it different from custom branding?
ODM means Original Design Manufacturing. Custom branding personalizes an existing CCELL device with eligible colors, finishes and artwork. Through our ODM service, Hamilton Devices coordinates with CCELL to develop a unique device for your brand. It is a separate development program, not simply a logo or color change.
