EVOMAX.
Oil delivery.
Heat balance.

A ceramic platform built around the relationship between oil supply and vaporization. Look inside the walls, pores and heating structure—and understand what still needs to be tested with your oil.

01 / Understand the architecture

Feed the surface.
Distribute the heat.

CCELL’s EVOMAX explanation centers on engineered ceramic walls and pores, together with improved heat distribution. These are design features—not a universal guarantee against leaks, clogs or flavor changes. [1]

The oil-delivery structure

Supply and consumption need to stay in step.

The pores carry oil toward the heating region. CCELL describes the wall and pore design as a way to balance ongoing supply with vaporization. [1]

Evaluate the whole operating range.

Watch for differences between a freshly filled sample and one that has been stored, repeatedly used or exposed to colder conditions. A successful first draw alone is not a complete evaluation.

The heat-delivery structure

Temperature is more than a voltage setting.

CCELL links the platform’s heat-distribution design to terpene vaporization. The drawing explains that concept; it does not establish an operating temperature for every EVOMAX device. [1]

Keep the device settings in the test record.

Power, draw duration and oil replenishment all matter when comparing results. Use the setting and handling guidance for your actual model.

  1. 01 / OIL

    Define the formulation

Record the oil batch, ingredients and measured viscosity at a stated temperature. A category name cannot describe every formulation.

  2. 02 / HARDWARE

    Specify the configuration

Confirm the core version, capacity, mouthpiece and power system. EVOMAX names a platform, not one identical specification.

  3. 03 / VALIDATION

    Keep the comparison fair

Use a documented fill and evaluation plan. Change one condition at a time so the results are useful for purchasing decisions.

02 / Find the right configuration

Broad design intent.
Specific oil decisions.

CCELL markets EVOMAX for distillate, live resin, live rosin and liquid diamonds. Treat that as a starting point for sample selection, with final fit established for the actual formulation and device. [1]

Formulation evaluation considerations
Formulation What to bring to evaluation
Distillate Batch viscosity, terpene addition and intended power setting.
Live resin Composition, storage conditions and flavor stability through the fill.
Live rosin Formulation readiness, oil supply under repeated use and an HeRo comparison.
Liquid diamonds Final blend characteristics and its behavior during storage and use.
Platform ≠ one specification

Ask which EVOMAX.

Core version and airway configuration matter. Do not transfer a viscosity range, resistance or tank capacity from one sell sheet to every EVOMAX product.

03 / From promising sample to production

Test beyond the first draw.

01

Filling

Confirm the model’s filling instructions, fill amount, capping method and any required settling time.

02

Storage

Include the time, orientation and temperature conditions expected in your distribution chain.

03

Repeated use

Compare draw consistency, flavor, oil supply and remaining oil using the same evaluation sequence.

04

Release

Keep acceptance criteria, exact hardware identifiers and applicable finished-product test records together.

Planning guidance only. Agree the model-specific procedure and acceptance criteria with your technical and quality teams.

04 / The platform in a device

Different formats.
A shared platform.

Start with the features your program needs. Confirm available variants, pricing and inventory on the current product record.

05 / Before you choose

Good questions.
Specific answers.

Use the platform explanation to ask better questions—not to skip validation.

No. It describes CCELL’s design positioning. The final oil composition, exact hardware configuration, filling process and operating conditions still need evaluation.

No. Those values belong to an exact product specification. A cartridge, a single-core all-in-one and a dual-core device should not inherit one blanket set of numbers.

Yes, if both are available for the intended program. HeRo is specifically positioned for rosin. Compare the exact devices and the same formulation, rather than choosing from a platform label alone.

The design addresses oil delivery and vaporization balance. It does not establish that every filled device will be leak-free or clog-free in every storage and usage condition.

Share your oil type, exact formulation characteristics where available, desired format, fill capacity and production needs through the sample request page.
